What is a Guaranteed Rental Income?
A Guaranteed Rental scheme can provide you with peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that you will receive a fixed income for an agreed period of time.
The scheme guarantees that you will receive rental payments every month whether the property has been let or not thus ensuring no void periods.
A valid Guaranteed Rental Scheme is where the agent knows agrees a fixed rental price for the property and agrees to pay the landlord that price on a monthly basis.
The Process.
After an inspection of your property by one of our experienced team we will offer you an annual rental for an initial period of one year. This will be paid by monthly installments on the same date of each month, irrespective of whether the property is let or not, or even if the current tenant has failed to pay the rent.
Start Date And Renewal
Once Key Properties have accepted your property as suitable for the Guaranteed Rental Income Scheme, we guarantee, to start your contract within 25 days, regardless of whether the property is let or not! Should the property be let earlier, the contract will commence on that date.
Approximately two months before the end of the yearly contract we will write to you and offer you a new contract for a further year or give you the option of having your property returned to you.
Fees.
There is an one off fee of £300 + Vat.
