Valuation


Call Key Properties to arrange a free rental valuation of your apartment by one of our highly trained and experienced lettings team.  We'll meet you at the property and talk you through the range of services we offer.
Decide on which service is right for you – whether that's lettings only, part or full property management.  We'll then ask you to complete a management agreement form and return this at your earliest convenience along with a set of keys for the property.

 

Marketing


Once we have received your instruction we can add your property details to our database and upload it to our systems immediately.

We'll then proactively market your properties on the most effective property portals: from Rightmove to Find a Property.  With exceptional rental turnaround, we'll tirelessly promote your property, emailing and texting our impressive data base of potential corporate and individual tenants.

 

Viewings


We will arrange viewings immediately.
When a potential tenant puts an offer forward we will contact you straight away. We'll provide informed and impartial advice to help you decide whether to confirm the offer or propose a counter offer.
Once an agreement is in place we will hold the property for the new tenant.

 

Referencing


We'll carry out very comprehensive credit checks on the tenant (credit checks differ depending on the service you require).
Once the credit check is complete and succesfull, we will prepare the tenancy agreement for move-in.
On the day of move-in the tenant will come to the office and sign the contracts and collect keys.
We will set up a standing order with the tenant for the payment of rent.
We will forward you full documentation of contracts by email (PDF Format), unless otherwise specified.

Safety checks
There are a number of checks and certificates that you will need to provide us with before a tenancy can begin. These include  Gas, EPC or HMO certificate (if applicable).  Let our team advise you if you are unsure or instruct our contractors for checks if required.

Deposit
Fully flexible, we can lodge deposits into our TDS or  a DPS scheme or  transfer to your own scheme.
