If you’re a hands-on landlord, the  let-only service is designed for you.  Leaving you in full control of the day to day running of your property, Key Properties will quickly and efficiently:

 

  • Personally visit your property to appraise it for the rent achievable.
  • Prepare your property particulars for immediate promotion
  • Secure a tenant and negotiate the terms of the lease for you
  • Collect references and carry out a credit check for the proposed tenant
  • Collect the deposit and first month’s rent. (Our fees will be deducted at this stage).
  • Arrange for future rent payments to be settled direct to your bank account via standing order.
  • Once the tenant has been checked into the property you will resume full control of the property, including return of the tenant’s deposit, maintenance issues and arrears if they occur. 
  • Key Properties can supply a rental guarantee to offset arrear concerns if required and also supervise check out if requested for an additional fee.
