Although I have only been dealing with Key Properties UK for a short period of time, I have been extremely impressed by the service they have provided.
I have recently rented a property with the option to purchase and I have been extremely impressed how Prue Rocca and the team have handled my application. My viewing was arranged quickly, I was given an excellent tour of various properties in the building and all of the questions I needed answering were responded to quickly. All of the documentation was sent to me without hesitation and the process was extremely quick and easy.
Even when I needed some minor concerns alleviating these were dealt with promptly. Prue has been an excellent negotiator contacting me regularly with updates, always polite, always friendly and always willing to go out of the way to help.
The process took a couple of days with no hiccups and I am extremely impressed by the manner that Key Properties dealt with me.
