Senior Administrator
We are looking for a senior administrator as the first point of contact for clients and applicants, responsible for general office paperwork, answering telephones, day to day running and supporting the lets and sales departments.
Additional responsibilities will include managing advertising, updating websites, invoicing, housekeeping and co-ordination of client files and office diaries.
The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and pro-active, highly organised with the ability to work under their own initiative.

Property Co-ordinator
We are looking for an experienced Property Co-ordinator who will be responsible for general office paperwork, answering telephones, day to day running and supporting the Property Management department. Additional responsibilities will include drawing up contracts, inventories, co-ordinating maintenance and referencing.
The role requires someone who is competent and confident in dealing with both clients and applicants.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and meticulous with the ability to multi task, prioritise effectively and have excellent communication skills.
